On behalf of the WFS of Geelong I wish to thank you for the superb evening last Saturday night at the FWFSA Convention gala dinner in the Wurdi Youang room. By now hopefully you will have read the event feedback form that I completed on Thursday night singing the praises of Lady & the Fox. Whilst organising such an important event  my anxiety was tempered by your professional approach and knowledge that Lady & the Fox could deliver a special dinner to the delegates of the Convention. The venue was just perfect for such an occasion and the feedback from the guests was extremely positive. The wines we brought along matched the food well as planned and led to enthusiastic discussion and debate. I have now worked with Lady & the Fox catering on several occasions and highly recommend them. Their organisation skills, quality of food and customer service is some of the best I have experienced. When deciding on a venue for our 2017 Premium Client Function it seemed like a no-brainer. With Geelong Libraries new function space – including the great view from the top level – we decided it would be ideal for hosting our local and out of town clients.

The process of using Lady & the Fox and Geelong Library & Heritage Centre was seamless.

We were provided with multiple options for catering, timing, function space and packages which helped shape our annual function into an appropriate event for our company – one which we have very high standards for.

The constant updates and contact from both teams meant we were well organised and gave us great peace of mind.

The setup of the room was outstanding – we had over 100 seated guests for a three course dinner and were comfortably fit into the expandable room.

We had full use of the AV system and also brought in our own musicians which was no issue.

We had fantastic feedback from our attending clients – particularly on the meals and the table and bar service provided.

Overall, I would highly recommend Lady & the Fox and Geelong Library & Heritage Centre for any type of function you may be considering – big or small.

Geelong Heritage Wine Walk @ the Geelong Library & Heritage Centre

I just want to start by saying that I think you had the best venue and the best food! You were incredibly generous with those chicken burgers, which were just beautiful! Our wine tasters were very impressed with their canape at the Geelong Library and Heritage Centre.

We had 412 wine walkers and everyone seemed to have a wonderful day.

I am more than happy to recommend Lady & the Fox as caterers for your next function.  My recent dealings with Richard and his team proved to be a pleasurable experience.  The food was outstanding and this was confirmed by the number of guests who enquired as to who the caterers were and how much they thoroughly enjoyed every morsel of food!  Not only was the food of an excellent standard, so was the professionalism and courtesy of the wait staff.  I would not hesitate to use Lady & the Fox again and again! We had a wonderful night. My staff can’t stop praising the great service and beautiful food that we enjoyed on the night. Kenny and Jamie did a fantastic job in providing the best tasting food. All our bellies were so full because we just could not stop trying all the magnificent and different appetizers. And the service provided by Guler and Amy were exceptional. They made sure that every guest was taken care of and even helped my barman serve drinks when they had a chance. When your team left at the end of the service, they left our kitchen and entertainment area spotless, making my wife, Caz, so happy in the morning. If I could give this team an 11 out of 10, I  would.

Express Promotions 30th Anniversary @ the Royal Geelong Yacht Club

I have received many compliments regarding the fantastic night everyone enjoyed at the Royal Geelong Yacht Club on October 4^th to celebrate Express Promotions 30^th Anniversary.  All comments were very positive about the quality and quantity of the food and drinks and the excellent service and friendliness of the staff.  They loved the venue, especially as it was a perfect night for enjoying the outdoors. Our CEO Robert Reed was particularly impressed with everything about the night and passes on his sincere thanks.

Having worked with Lady & the Fox on two separate occasions for two different functions, I have found Carolina in particular to be extremely professional and helpful in my dealings with her. She responded in a timely manner to all my requests with nothing too much trouble.

The feedback that I have received about the food provided on the evening from our employees has been nothing but complimentary.  The choice on offer was outstanding and the vegetarian meals were excellent.  The staff on the evening handled our employees diplomatically but showed assertiveness when required.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lady & the Fox to others and thoroughly enjoyed the experience working with such a professional catering organisation.
