I cannot speak highly enough of the polite, professional and overall customer service that was shown to us through the time of preparation and the deliverance on the very day of our daughter’s wedding. Carolina was always polite, professional, patient and helpful from day one. Janet was the same at the reception and nothing seemed too much to ask of her and the staff helping out. I heard many comments from our guests of how helpful, friendly and polite all of the staff were, so thank you also to all the staff.

Now to the food! It was absolutely delicious from the very start and right through to the deserts at the very end of the evening, the quality and quantity of all foods that were delivered was exceptional, and the guests could not stop talking about it, I had several comments about it being the best catered for wedding that they had ever been to.  Many asked for the name of the caterer.

When I started the venue hunting process, I quickly realised just how expensive getting married can be these days.  Most venues and caters had wedding information the size of a thesis, which contained numerous hidden costs and surprises. My mum brought the Royal Geelong Yacht Club to my attention as Lady & the Fox was renowned for its catering excellence.  The information and packages offered by Lady & the Fox were straight down the line and easy to take in. My husband and I saw the Royal Geelong Yacht Club once and booked the venue within the week.

Any concerns or questions I had was promptly address and my expectations were always exceeded.  Nothing was too hard and there were options and solutions provided for all of my questions. My event organiser took on the role of a best friends, an accountant, a mother, a family dynamics councillor AND an event organiser.  Her knowledge, caring approach and professionalism was beyond.

If you select a great catering company, a beautiful location and an amazing event organiser then you can’t go wrong. We paid exactly what we had expected, the food was seriously amazing and the service provided was top notch.

My husband and I, along with our family & friends had a perfect night.  I thought I would be too nervous to enjoy it, yet I relaxed and had an amazing time. Overall, the whole experience of working with Lady & the Fox was a delight. I personally can’t thank them all enough.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Janet, Richard and the Team from Lady & the Fox for their outstanding service at our Wedding. Janet made everything a breeze from the start and was extremely helpful and a pleasure to plan our big day with.

We couldn’t have been happier with everything they did for us. From the beautiful decorating, to the friendly and attentive staff on the night, our guests were very impressed. And they haven’t stopped raving about how great the service and especially the amazing food. I would highly recommend Lady & the Fox to anyone looking for that ‘above and beyond’ service for their event.
